11th May 2018 ~ Will Pound’s “Through the Seasons”

A celebration of the year in folk dance, Through the Seasons gives audiences a chance to experience three exceptional musicians showcase beautiful arrangements of traditional dance tunes and songs, with Will’s innovative and playful style from all the joy of a summer’s festival to the thrill of a winter’s fireside rapper sword-dance.

Will is joined by Benji Kirkpatrick (Bellowhead, Faustus, The Transports) and Ross Grant (Inlay). Debs Newbold weaves a captivating story through the music with a vibrancy and power that will leave audiences captivated. Together Will and his collaborators bring the morris and folk dance year to life, creating a unique and powerful experience in English culture for audiences of all ages.
